Salary£20000 - £24000 per annum
An HR Administrator is required to work on a temporary basis for our client who is a world leader in materials information technology. This is a full time role.

Job Purpose

This person will be responsible for all HR Administration activities, reporting into the HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities
• Update and Maintain employee paper and electronic files on People HR
• Administer the induction process
• Processing changes to contracts and records
• Administration of all employee benefit schemes
• Issuing references and letters for employees
• Other HR/ Recruiting projects as required
• All other general administration duties as required

Skills required
• Previous experience working in an administration role is essential
• Experience in HR/ Recruitment environment is desirable
• Able to pick up using new systems quickly
• Work using own initiative
• Have a strong eye for detail
• Possess effective communication skills
