Salary£20000 - £25000 per annum
An HR Administrator is required to working for an international consulting company located on the Cambridge Science Park. This is a part time role which required someone who is looking to work for 30 hours per week.

Job Purpose
To provide human resource assistance and administrative support to all employees within the UK functions of the business.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the UK recruitment process to ensure that all mailboxes are regularly reviewed and application are logged and processed within the company's timescales
• To ensure that the recruitment electronic file is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure it is current and applications are removed when relevant
• Arrange telephone and formal interviews, liaising with applicants/ recruitment agencies and consulting staff if appropriate
• Collate the feedback from the interviewers, and with the human resource assistant process accordingly including updating the recruitment records and informing candidates of decisions and next steps if applicable
• To distribute all performance appraisal paperwork to meet agreed deadlines and co-ordinate it's return
• Work with HR Officer to compile and roll out the training plan from the performance appraisals and other training needs identified/ requested
• As well as general ad hoc HR duties
