Salary£22,000 - £25,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a leading commercial organisation based in Chelmsford. Working as part of a busy HR team you will have the opportunity to put into practice a best in class HR service across the organisation. The business pride themselves on being innovative, forward thinking and delivering the best possible service to their customers. This role is being recruited on a temporary basis initially for a period of 3 months but there is a strong chance that it will be extended further and could become permanent.

Duties and responsibilities will include;

• Acting as a first point of contact for all HR related queries from employees and managers
• Support line managers with process queries
• Making employee changes on the HR System
• Benefits administration
• Running a wide variety of HR and Payroll reports
• Administer on all maternity and paternity requests
• Issuing Offers of Employment and Contracts
• Handling all new starter queries
• Reviewing and improving HR processes
• Updating and maintaining systems, liaising with payroll and managing timelines.
• Administrator and organise the company induction process & events
• Supporting with HR projects

Key experience and skills required

• You will have proven experience working in a large commercial organisation in their HR team
• Experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment
• Excellent organisation skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems
