I am currently recruiting for a helpdesk team leader for a National business based here in Norwich. This is a newly created role, so presents itself as an ideal opportunity for you to join the business and put your ideas into practice and create something from scratch.
My client uses ITIL principles and has a technical service desk with very high first time fix rates, but due to work load they have not been able to look a new continuous improvement processes, so would ideally look for someone who could assist moving forward.

-Experience working within a Service desk environment (ideally as a team leader)
-Knowledge of ITIL principles and procedures
-Experience supporting Windows environments
-Experience working to SLA's.
