Salary£50000 - £60000 per annum
An excellent new opportunity has arisen working for a large and continually evolving commercial organisation who have offices based all over the UK. The role is based in Basildon, Essex and will be available working on a hybrid basis, roughly split 50/50 between home and the office depending on the needs of the role.

The role will oversee the running of multiple UK Payrolls, a combination of weekly and monthly, with a total of around 1500 employees and rising.

Leading a small team and working on process improvements, and streamlining payroll processes.

A new system will shortly be implemented and further Payrolls may come on board as the group continues to grow.

Key skills and experience required;

• An experienced Payroll Manager who has managed a team
• Experience of running multiple payrolls in a commercial organisation
• Experience of completing month end submissions and reports
• A confident and capable individual with strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Project Management experience would be advantageous
