There is a new opportunity for a Finance Assistant in Ipswich.

Key duties:

• Posting transactions to the sales ledger and purchase ledger
• Reconciliation tasks
• Inputting into the time management system and fee system
• Disbursements and cash time recording
• Producing on account' invoices
• Writing of cheques for payment
• Posting out statements to clients
• General administration support tasks as required

Qualifications and experience:

• GCSE grade B in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Competent user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Good oral/written communication skills

The person:

• Effective Team player
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication
• Good time management
• Organisation

The successful individual will join the growing Finance team and support with a variety of tasks. It is a great chance for someone to develop and learn new skills, systems and procedures in a friendly and supportive environment.
