Associated with this role are a number of key duties that you will be responsible for, including:
- Supporting with the accounts system, posting purchase invoices and expenses onto Sage
- Chasing customer payments and contacting suppliers
- Managing employee's timesheets
- Booking meetings and rooms
- Assisting with writing staff processes
- Answering phones and other ad hoc support
A successful candidate for this role will possess the following set of skills and attributes:
- Experience working in an office environment or have transferable skills.
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- Good communication skills
The role is located in the south of Cambridge and is accessible via A11/M11. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within the finance sector and there is a study package towards AAT available.
