An international pharmaceutical business based North of Cambridge currently seek an exceptional EA on a full time permanent basis. The company are looking for a bright, switched on individual with excellent communication skills. They will need to be unflappable and able to deal with seamlessly with changing priorities and high level demands. Successful applicants will be flexible to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Complex Diary Management
Organising international travel
Extensive knowledge of the organisation and key stakeholders both internal and external
Arrange and Organise internal and external meetings
Screen incoming emails, documents and information that require the attention of the CEO and President
Act as the representative and ambassador to the internal and external parties
Stay one step ahead of the CEO and President
Ad Hoc projects

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Previous proven experience of working as a EA at Executive Level
Degree Educated
Ability and Flexibility to travel both domestic and internationally will expected on na regular basis
Outstanding Communication Skills
Experience working in Pharmaceutical company (or Life Science)
Ability to self manage and prioritise to day workload
Able to Multi-task
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Excellent attention to details
