Our client, an innovative and forward thinking leading IT business based in Diss, have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Design manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role pays a pivotal part in the Marketing team and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the user experience and ensuring that all digital platforms are on brand and

Other key duties and responsibilities for the role include:

- Distribute workload across the design team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard whilst utilising each individuals skills
- Managing projects from start to finish and gathering feedback upon completion to ensure they meet the clients expectations
- Ensuring work is completed within budget guidelines
- Creating projects drafts to present to clients

Experience working within an agency is desirable and 5 years minimum experience in a digital design role is a necessity. The successful candidate will be leading a team of 3 so management experience is also something the client is looking for, as well as the ability confidently use HTML 5, CSS and Javascript.

The organisation is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player who is driven and motivated with a desire to continually learn and develop their skills. Excellent organisation and communication skills are key, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst still maintain exceptional quality of work.
