Salary£22000 - £25000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a leading commercial organisation based in Chelmsford. Working as part of a busy Customer Service team, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships and gain knowledge in account management. The business pride themselves on being innovative, forward thinking and delivering the best possible service to their customers. This role is a part time position, for 22 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Handling all aspects of order management and administration
- Completing weekly and monthly reports to improve customer experiences
- Attending meetings with customers to grow and maintain relationships
- Provide support to key account management strategies
- Booking orders and ensuring customer information is entered correctly

Key experience and skills required:

- You will have previous experience working within a Customer Service or Order/Account Management role
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience of working with ERP, CRM, SAP or equivalent systems
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organisation skills and a process-oriented mid set
