Salary£30000 - £40000 per annum
A large successful business located near Grays are seeking an experienced Manager to run their Customer Service Function. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business who provocatively transforms customer challenges into positive solutions.

Duties will include:

- Managing Team and Team Leaders
- Identifying key areas for improvement
- Implementing new policies and procedures
- Reviewing statistics and analysing results
- Leading processes to develop and deliver strategies
- Meeting and setting individual and team targets
- Motivating the team and creating a positive work environment
- Acting as a point of escalation for the most serious complaints

You will need to be a proven effective leader and have experience in strategic management within customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, a creative mind-set and be able to develop team members to their full potential.
