We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for an innovative and dynamic organisation. This role will be to assist stakeholders with incoming enquiries and queries ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities
• Assisting enquiries and queries coming into the team via email and telephone
• Logging details accurately
• Resolving queries as efficiently as possible, liaising with colleagues accordingly
• Keep stakeholders up to date at all times

Key Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident in quickly resolving queries
• Sound IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
• Motivated team player who is organised and able to prioritise own workload
