- Delivering excellent customer service through building and maintaining relationships
- Adding value to the customer experience by providing assistance and information to customers
- Providing support to the sales team
- Being knowledgeable about the organisation and systems in order to meet and exceed customer expectations
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a desire to continually learn and develop their skills. Experience in a customer service role is essential, and a background in the offshore industry or a familiarity with this sector would be beneficial.
