The great news is that you don't have to be experienced in finance or accounts receivable, this experience is desirable. The most important aspect of this role is customer service and query resolution.
We are looking for candidates who have a desire to gain specialist knowledge who already have experience working within customer satisfaction, customer service, or customer contact. You must have experience working in a high volume environment with a can-do attitude, the rest will be taught!
