Pure are recruiting for 3 Customer Care Executives for a client based on the outskirts of Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, this position will responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing your own portfolio of customer complaints from the initial contact through to the resolve
  • Updating customers on a regular basis on the progress of the complaint
  • Planning the process of the complaint, investigating the history of the account and decide on the next actions
  • Work with colleagues to deliver agreed outcomes for customers
  • Keep in-house systems updated with every action made on each complaint
  • Work within company regulations and guidelines to resolve complaints

Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport and quickly gain trust from customers
  • Be able to prioritise workload and keep to agreed time-scales
  • Ability to reach positive resolutions on each complaint
