I'm currently working exclusively with one of Cambridge's most prestigious not-for-profit organisations based at Granta Park. This company delivers cutting edge research and is a leader in its field. We are looking for an experienced CRM Support to expand the team on a permanent basis. Please see below for further details.

Key Tasks:

  • Build and manage relationships with CRM Stakeholders and vendors
  • Integrations of CRM's and other systems within the organisation
  • Support for all CRM technical issues
  • Plan and co-ordinate system and developments and upgrades within projects
  • Oversee training and monitoring of staff working on CRM operations

Essential Experience:

  • Thorough CRM best practice knowledge
  • Manage vendors and stakeholders
  • Technical CRM support
  • Systems integration techniques
  • System best practice training
