The Conference Content Executive role is to support the Conference Manager implement the creation and delivery of a high quality conference programme for this International Cruise and Maritime events portfolio. Working alongside the Conference Manager, and liaising with internal and industry partners you will assist in delivering informative, relevant and innovative conference content and presentation.

• Liaise with content providers/marketers to research and create content and conference programmes that reflect market interest/customer feedback
• Collaborate with sales, editorial, marketing and event project teams to deliver lively and topical conference programmes
• Work closely with external associations and partners on programming/speaker selection and conference structure
• Take ownership of conference production project from start, on site, post show follow up; coordinating with all internal/external parties
• Manage and plan speaker/moderator logistics
• Establish and maintain working team relationships with all support departments

Skills and Experience:
• Confident communicator with ability to adapt style to different individuals and markets
• Telephone and face-to-face liaison essential
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks/events, roles and relationships
• Relish challenges, pressure and adversity
• High degree of flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
• Internally driven, motivated and ability to work on own initiative
• Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, Filemaker and PowerPoint essential
