Client Administrator, Norwich

Our client, a successful and growing business, based in Norwich city centre, are now looking to recruit an experienced Client Administrator to join their team in Norwich. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate flexibility and the willingness to progress any ad hoc tasks as required. As a growing business, they look for people who are results driven and who are prepared to help the drive the company forward. The business prides themselves on delivering a quality service whilst driving growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Drafting documents and letters
• Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
• Assisting with the progression of our client casework
• Answering general queries from creditors and clients, both on the phone and by email
• Assisting with insolvency investigations
• Chasing information from directors, creditors and debtors
• Using our in house database to accurately record information
• Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
• Undertaking case reviews and reviewing case files
• Providing support to the Directors

Key Skills:
• A good understanding of a professional services environment would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure
• Strong administrative track record
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a permanent, full time role working office hours. There is no parking on-site, the offices are based in the city centre. This is a great opportunity for a person to develop a career within the Insolvency Practice field. A confident and outgoing personality is essential part of the role with a positive and approachable telephone manner.
