- Deliver strong customer service daily.
- Meet and exceed pre-defined targets and SLAs.
- Answer telephone calls from third parties, policy holders and other experts on existing and new claims.
- Show initiative in claims handling approach, and understand each customer.
- Take claims over the phone directly from customers and progress their claims.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team, and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills - written, telephone and face-to-face.
- Experience within a customer centric environment.
- Good time management skills and well organised.
The successful candidate will have experience within a Claims Department.
