Pure are recruiting for a Claims Operations Manager for a fantastic client in Colchester. This is a great opportunity to lead a successful team and ensure they are motivated to meet targets and work within standards set by the company. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of Service Managers, Team Leaders and Claims Handlers along with support staff
  • Regularly conducting performance reviews with team members, promoting personal development
  • Responsibility for new starters, putting into place inductions and training plans
  • Checking the team are working successfully against Service Level Agreements
  • Booking client review meetings and conducting audits to ensure compliance levels are achieved at all times
  • Scheduling work for the team
  • Effectively manage the department budget

Key Skills
  • Effective leadership experience within a high performing work environment is essential
  • A sound knowledge of insurance regulatory issues
  • Experience of running management reports in essential
  • 5 Grade A-C GCSE's of equivalent including Maths and English
  • Excellent IT knowledge with a good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages
