Salary£50000 - £57000 per annum
Pure are working in partnership with a leading care provider, who are on their way to becoming the service of choice across the South East. The organisation are embarking on an ambitious programme to implement an ERP solution, which will involve replacing several business critical systems over the next year.

This position will play a key part in successfully delivering the programme and changing working practices appropriately. You will ensure that staff opinions, ideas and concerns are valued and heard by senior managers and used to shape the solution of its delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, design and deliver change interventions for assigned projects or programmes, ensuring change is designed properly, delivered accurately and is adopted by all levels of the organisation
• Create the change journey; track progress, identify issues and design appropriate solutions
• Run development sessions and workshops
• Coach and support managers who are leading the change (from local managers to senior managers across various departments)
• Translate the technical aspects of projects, tailoring it appropriately according to the audience
• Think creatively and constructively challenge those around you to ensure continuous improvement and commercial astuteness

Key Requirements:
• At least 4 years' experience of managing the change element of complex cross-functional projects and programmes from end to end
• Understanding of various change management tools and techniques within large and complex organisations (1,000+ employees)
• Experience / knowledge of lean process techniques
• Effective relationship management with internal and external senior stakeholders (strategic and operational)
• Not afraid to challenge others (including senior management) and robustly ensure that project milestones are delivered by self and third parties
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines, prioritising workload effectively and identifying/managing inter-dependencies and risks
• Agile and Waterfall experience

This is a 12 month FTC based in Chelmsford and will report into the Head of PMO.
