-Basic diary management for Associate Director
-Complex meeting organisation, can involve multiple organisations
-Manipulation of spreadsheets, data entry into formatted spreadsheets
-Meeting prep i.e. prep of agendas (the Associate Director will provide assistance with this)
-Gather and circulate meeting papers
-Attend one board meeting to notate actions and decisions.
-Able to work as part of a team of 4, but also independently when needed.
-Ability to ask for help where needed.
-Strong organisation skills, including dairy management.
-Excellent IT skills MS Office packages and internal databases.
-Ability to liaise with senior level colleagues.
