Working closely with the senior leadership team you will be responsible for:
* Meeting with clients to understand their marketing needs, along with the wider aspirations of the business to build marketing strategies
* Market and trend analysis
* Developing new business opportunities
* Working on an ongoing basis with clients to continually review progress against strategy
* New client onboarding
* Account Management
* Sales forecasting
The successful candidate will have previous experience agency side and be passionate about working with clients to help them achieve their business aims through successful marketing. You will be commercially aware with a genuine interest in business. It is essential to be confident in a client facing role and be happy to travel to different client sites. Although this role does have business development responsibilities it is essential that you are looking for a consultative role rather than out and out sales - this role isn't about the hard sell, it is focused on developing long term, successful relationships with the right clients.
This is an exciting time to join the business who are enjoying a period of sustained growth, with ambitious plans continuing into the future. Base salary is £40,000 - £45,000, plus bonus and commission. The package also includes company car, laptop, mobile phone and training/conference allowance.
