Assistant Credit Control Manager - Basildon - £35,000

Pure have the pleasure to be working with a rapidly growing national company based in Basildon who are looking for an Assistant Credit Control Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a credit control team of 10 - including staff management, training
• Own personal small ledger to chase
• Ensure targets are hit
• Prepare reports
• Look at implementing/streamlining processes

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in supervising a Credit Control team of 5+ is essential
• Ideally worked for large privately owned business or a PLC
• Fanatics communication skills
• Proactive team player with a can-do' attitude
