The role will include;
• Liaising with internal departments offering excellent customer service.
• Diary coordination.
• Responding to email, phone and post correspondence.
• Preparing reports.
• Ad hoc administration for the wider team
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Supporting the Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have;
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong IT skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
