My client based in Woodbridge, are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team, on a fixed term 4 month contract. The successful candidate must have a background within administration, and be confident in their abilities when using Microsoft Office and bespoke databases.

This role will be Monday - Friday, full time.

Duties Required:

  • Providing admin support to the merchandising and buying teams
  • Supply management of terms, set up and communication
  • Maintaining company databases
  • Preparing data for weekly and monthly reports
  • Collation of department manuals
  • Organise team travel arrangements
  • Collate product information, needed to support the company marketing and web functions
  • Assisting with the selection of products
  • Reviewing and analysing sales data
  • Updating order information
  • Managing and maintaining stock levels

Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience within the last two years
  • Good accuracy and numeracy skills
  • IT literate
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to manage your own workload and deal with a large volume of data
  • Confident and professional manner
