An administrator is required to work for a fantastic organisation located in Hinxton. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager, providing administrative support across a range of Capital Projects team activities and functions.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Raising purchase orders and liaising with Finance Department
Ordering of office supplies and equipment
Issuing paperwork to new contractors and contacting existing contractors for updated insurance etc.
Updating the systems
Booking training for employees and contractors
Full organisation and administration of meetings
First point of contact - taking messages, answering and filtering emails, dealing with daily post
Filing documents and providing administrative tasks for minor projects

Key skills and experience

Excellent Communication skills
Good IT skills
Ability to organise and prioritise own work
Previous administrative experience
Strong Customer Service
Experience in minute taking is desirable but not essential
