An established business in Ipswich are looking for an Interim Accounts Assistant to support the finance department with a number of administrative tasks.
• Undertaking daily accounts payments (transfers, cheque, chaps, faster payments and BACS)
• Daily reconciliation of the corporate and foreign currency accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded on a daily basis.
• Processing of the bank reconciliations ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on a daily basis.
• Carrying out general office duties, keeping files and records up to date, filing and general correspondence.
The successful candidate will ideally have finance experience or would be suitable for somebody studying towards their AAT or equivalent and to be immediately available.
