Responsibilities
- To ensure that all petty cash is posted monthly
- Reconciling the group bank accounts on a daily basis and work with the Accountant and Purchase ledger team to ensure all transactions are posted accurately
- Posting of finance agreement receipts on a daily basis
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts for cash, credit cards, petty cash, patient debtors and creditors
- Reconciliation, posting and payment allocations of schemes
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts for accrued income/ deferred income to reflect outstanding liabilities or funds owed
- Reconciliation and maintenance of the customer ledger accounts
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Analytical
- Previous experience using accounting software
- Previous experience with bank reconciliation
- Must be personable and outgoing
- Deadline driven
- Can do’ attitude
- Studying level 3 or 4 AAT, or AAT qualified, QBE
- Good Excel skills
