Working as a limited company

Before choosing to operate as a limited company, it is important to know whether you are working for that person in an employed capacity or in a self-employed capacity as an independent contractor.

The Inland Revenue website has a section dedicated to IR35. We would strongly advise you to visit this site and understand the regulations before deciding to work through a limited company.

If you do choose to work through a limited company, we will expect you to sign a copy of our Terms of Business and have appropriate indemnity insurance in place. A copy of this document can be made available by calling your local office.
