Norwich Charity Fashion Show... November 2009
Norwich Charity Fashion Show... November 2009 Setting the trend – Pure's Annual Fashion Show raises £500 for charity
With Christmas office party-time approaching, Pure Resourcing Solutions has set out the trends for this festive season by hosting an exclusive fashion show, in partnership with Jarrold the Store, to showcase the latest fashions for work and party wear.
The show took place on Wednesday evening, 4th November at Jarrold The Store with 35 fashionistas taking part. Office and party- wear outfits were showcased from within Jarrold's including Hobbs, Episode and Coast.
The attendees got a unique opportunity to browse the women's fashion department at their leisure after hours, whilst sampling a light buffet and wine. There was also a make up presentation from MAC and each attendee received a free goody bag and a 10% discount voucher to spend in the store that evening.
The show raised an amazing £500 for EACH (East Anglia's Children's Hospices) – a charity supported by Pure since 2002. The company has undertaken a variety of fundraising events over the past seven years including trekking in Peru, parachute jumps, quiz nights, business seminars and running the London Marathon. To date we have raised over £23,000 for the charity.
Nadia Mullins-Hills, Pure Administrator and Organiser of the Event comments: "This year's event showcased some amazing styles and outfits for businesswomen in Norwich. The response from clients has been really positive and we'd like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to raising such a great amount for charity – our largest to date for this event."
Karen Sims, Head Of Credit for Evander Glazing and Lock, who attended the night commented: "I had a fantastic night – it was great to be involved in such an enjoyable evening and raise money for such a worthy charity at the same time."
