The Role
Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, a leading professional services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced HR Officer. Reporting to a HR Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of operational HR including recruitment, performance management, discipline and grievance, exit interviews, remuneration and secondments.

You will be the sole representative for this site whilst forming part of a regional HR team. The ideal candidate will need to be able to apply technical expertise, build client relationships, and be extremely credible and able to communicate at all levels.

Essential criteria include:
CIPD qualified or studying towards
MS Office packages - word, excel and powerpoint
Generalist HR experience
Experience of operating at HR Officer level
