Where we're coming from.

We established Pure Resourcing Solutions in 2002. We felt that client briefs could be better interrogated, candidates interviewed more thoroughly.

Pure Resourcing Solutions lives in East Anglia. Having started out in Cambridge, we have expanded throughout the region, in Norwich, Ipswich and Peterborough. It's our patch and we know it well; but that doesn't mean that our activities are in any way confined within East Anglian borders.

We want organisations in the region to draw on the best possible reservoir of talent, regional, national or international. But our objective remains to build long-term, in-depth relationships across the region with clients and candidates alike.

There is a wealth of talent, experience and ability available in East Anglia, matched by a wealth of opportunity in the private and public sectors. Bringing the two together is both a science and an art.
