How do you find the right people for your organisation?
Instinct and Intuition are hardly scientific, but they are the most valuable tools in our approach.
Yes, we use our database (and we’re proud of it), we use advertising (where useful), we make the internet work (whilst understanding its limitations) and networking is second nature.
But it is far more important to understand what lies under the skin of a brief from a client, just as it is vital to get beyond the content of a CV with a candidate. Only when we’ve done that can we start to make introductions and, if it’s not too immodest to say it, we’re good at it.
