The Role
Fantastic opportunity in Cambridge City Centre!

This leading web based company has an exciting opportunity for a Account Co-ordinator to join their dynamic, expanding team.
In this role you will be responsible for relationships with partners and offer administrative support to Partner Account Managers. It will involve both sales and support to the team.

Duties include:
• First point of contact for potential partners, answering questions and queries to assist Account Managers
• Coordination and production of new websites
• Training new partners to use extranet, availability and rates systems
• Take ownership and accountability for small projects within the co-ordinator team
• Carry out regular competitive checks
• Advise partners on how best to upsell
• Be aware of UK statistics and trends

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and will have an interest in sales. You will be a team player but also be pro-active and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
