It's very important to understand what lies under the skin of a brief from a client, just as it's vital to get beyond the content of a CV with a candidate. Only when we've done that can we start to make introductions and, if it's not too immodest to say it, we're good at it.

It explains why much of our business growth comes from existing clients. And it explains why we've been able to expand from one office in 2002 to four in 2008.
