Pure Resourcing Solutions lives in East Anglia and was established in 2002. Having started out in Cambridge, we have expanded throughout the region to Norwich, Ipswich and Chelmsford. It's our patch and we know it well. Now with 4 offices across the region and 26 consultants that have an average of 10 years recruitment experience, Pure continues to build on its reputation as the recruitment consultant of choice with many of our candidates becoming clients further down the line.

The founders of the company, Ian Walters, Lynn Walters and Gill Buchanan, recognised a gap in the market for an independent, niche agency in East Anglia which focused on providing a quality recruitment service by building long-term, in-depth relationships with clients and candidates. It's something of a mission for us to see that organisations in the region get to draw on the best possible reservoir of talent, whether it's local, regional or national.

Our consultants are highly experienced professionals in their fields of Accountancy and Finance, Human Resources, Office and Executive recruitment. Each has specialist knowledge of the marketplace they work in, be it Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or Essex; and an acute awareness of future employment trends and forecasts.

Pure also offer a host of additional services that help to differentiate us from other recruitment agencies. We run an annual diary of HR and Accountancy seminars and networking events as well as the CIPFA conference, the only Public Sector Finance Conference in the region.

We are fully committed to supporting the community and support East Anglia Children’s Hospice that offers care and help to terminally sick children and their families. Since 2002 we have raised over £26,000 for the charity through our annual schedule of fundraising events which has included quiz nights, fashion shows, fun runs, a trek to Peru, payroll giving and business seminars.
