Reporting to the HR Manager, this leading brand based across three sites in Cambridgeshire is looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Advisor. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR skills within an environment where you will be given freedom and autonomy to deliver a pro-active HR service.
The role will involve all aspects of generalist HR operating at HR Advisor level including:
Recruitment and Selection
Employee Relations - managing case work, performance management, capability, absence
Learning and Development - training managers
Providing expert advice to managers and employees
Writing policies
Carrying out exit interviews
Salary reviews
Producing reports
The ideal candidate will be either part or fully CIPD qualified with a positive and 'can do' attitude.
