Pure’s Executive recruitment team specialise in director and board level appointments
in Accountancy, Human Resources, Financial Services and Chief
Executives within the ‘Not for Profit” sector. We combine sector specific
knowledge, lateral thinking and an ability to look beyond the obvious with our passion
and innovative thinking to deliver exceptional Interim and permanent appointments.
We strive to provide a fresh, honest, confidential and ethical approach to executive recruitment. We believe in providing a straight forward approach to search; using simple language to be clear about what we are saying.
Through building close relationships with our clients and candidates, we aim to provide a balance between listening to your needs with a gently challenging approach that helps individuals and companies make the right choices.
Our forward thinking search and selection methodologies include:
- Competency based interviewing
- Personality profiling, included as standard for each assignment
- Assessment tools including the design and facilitation of assessment centres
- Coaching to support the new Executive’s first 100 days in their new role.
Who we work with…
Our client base has developed predominantly through referrals and includes
commercial businesses - from start-up to Blue Chip companies - as well as Public
and Third Sector bodies. Although we are based in East Anglia, much of our
Financial Services work is London based and we source talent on a national and
international basis. The majority of our Executive Hires subsequently go on to
use Pure’s specialist divisions to recruit and build their own teams.
